When can I see the full Home Designs?

The Cottages will have fully completed designs and buyer options worked out in early summer 2026, at which time we will update this site and share the final designs for the units.
How does the downpayment assistance work?

Households that earn between 80-120% of the area median income can qualify through our partners to be provided up to a $100,000 discount on the home price in the form of downpayment assistance. More information and detailed steps to see if you qualify will be available in the coming weeks.
